Whose Talking takes in the user's searched hastag, scans live twitter feed tweet by tweet, checking who is writing each tweet and then accesses there bio. It then parses their bio looking for key descriptive words, and does this on every user who recently posted a tweet using the searched hashtag. It keeps track of all the reoccurring words in the different people's bios giving you key information about the type of people who use any given hastag.
